Elder Feidler,
It happened. I turned 45 years old. Man is it rough to be old. Yesterday I was pulling weeds in the yard and pulled my back out again. So I am trying to recover again.
I had a great birthday. I started my day with a free Grand Slam from Denny's.
It was delicious. I'm sure I just made you hungry! Then for lunch I got a free sandwich at Firehouse Subs. Finally we all went out to eat at the Salt Grass for dinner. So the day was mostly about eating! I got a couple of cool Mini t-shirts for my birthday and money from Grandma, Grandpa and Nana Chris. It was a great day!
Tell us about the new companion? We are excited to hear how it's going. How are your investigators? I hope you're having a great week!
I got the Mini put back together this past week. I painted the engine some and installed a new grill on the car. It seems to be running pretty good.
We had a good day at church today. Attendance was a little down, in the 150s.
On Thursday there was a Manvel High choir concert. Maddie did great! And this week she tries out for the school play/musical.
That's about all around here. We love and miss u lots! Send pics of the new comp and you!
Graham:
Dad and family!
It's been a long busy past week! My new companion is Elder
Egan who is the last visa waiter in the mission. He has been out just under a
year and is the district leader. Last week Jessica was given anti Mormon
material from her JW friends. She gave us a call right after they left and asked
us for our help. We showed up the next day and taught her a lesson on prayer, letting her know at the beginning of the lesson that we would cover any
questions she had about the anti material at the end. By the end of the lesson she told
us she does not feel good about reading the material and still hadn't. She then
told us that she knew it wasn't from God just from the feelings she had and she
threw it away.
This week we were able to teach 4 new people also but didn't
count them as lessons or new investigators because my companion wasn't sure how
interested they are in being baptized... It's going to be an interesting
transfer!
Happy late birthday! All of that food sounds so delicious.
:)

Cool! Great picture, but there is a knight behind
you!!! Where is the comp waiting to go to? What

hard and enjoy sharing the Plan of Happiness.
