Oct 13

Elder Feidler,

It's my Birthday week!  I will be 45. That's  old!  This weekend Zack and I helped the missionaries move a guy in. He's not a member but had been living with a member in Pearland.

Here you see Zack is carrying one table leg. I didn't want him to strain himself so I took it from him and carried it in.  My back is still recovering so I only did light lifting. We got a new missionary. He was called to be Spanish speaking but has been in 3 English speaking areas.

Did you get a new companion?  Are you still in Monroe?  How's they weather been? Any bike riding or still getting to use a car a few days?

How's your investigator advancing?  Keeping them onboard the Ol' ship Zion?  I hope so!!

We had an investigator bear testimony today in Sacrament meeting. She was really enthusiastic and asked every one to put there hands together for Jesus and give a big clap!  She was awesome.

Today we are fasting for family history work.

Saturday I started some repair work on the classic mini. It had a broken head bolt and a another bolt. I took the top end of the engine apart, drilled out the broken bolts and now I'm waiting on parts.

So fingers crossed that I'm able to put this all back together again and it still runs!

Have you given any thought to living on or off campus when you return to school?  Let us know if there is a place you want us to check on that is close to campus if you decide to go off campus.  You will also have to find a job there this time to support yourself some.

Have a great week and work hard!  Zack & Maddie are out of school tomorrow and spending the night with your mom tonight. They are headed up to Livingston to see Kathy for her 66th birthday!

We love and miss you lots!!  Can't wait to hear about the new companion. Where is he from, how long has he been out, etc.

Love,
Dad and family

Graham:
Family!

It has been another interesting week! My companion started telling everyone he was leaving with his visa to Brazil, until Thursday. He decided he should get on his knees and pray and fast if he should go. A few hours later we were at the mission office so he could tell President Bonham that he would like to stay in the mission. Now he's just waiting on the First Presidency of the church to accept or deny his request.

This is our zone of missionaries for the Snohomish area!

Last P-day after emailing we stopped by Goodwill where I spotted a bright yellow road bike! I ended up buying it for $75. Two weeks ago I had to return the bike I was borrowing from another Elder so I was on foot for a week until I found this :)

Jessica was the only investigator at church yesterday and we had to leave sacrament with a member to go pick her up. Not sure If I'll get transferred now or if my companion will or both or neither.

Love and miss ya'll,

Elder Graham Feidler

Dad: Wow, interesting week.  Pretty cool that your comp would like to stay.  Not really sure why you have to buy a bike.  What happened to the first bike you bought that I sent fenders for?  Isn't that bike still yours or did you sell it?

Great picture of the Zone!  Looks like you have a suit with a vest!  Nice. Is this week transfers?

Graham: Tomorrow is transfers. The bike I got earlier in my mission was a rental bike from the mission so after I was done in that area they asked for it back. They charged me $100 to rent it from them so It's awesome that I found this one!

Dad: Cool!  Let us know if you get transferred!  Have a great P-Day!!  Have fun.  It's raining here and getting cooler tonight.

Graham: My companion is getting transferred.
