Dear Elder Grandson,
How was your week?
How many lessons did you give and how many new investigators have you
found? You are such a go-getter and I know you are doing great. We pray
for you and your companion to be guided to those waiting to hear the
gospel. I have faith that your are guided every day.
It looks like it might
be getting cooler up there. You sure could use a car every day, but I am thankful you have one when you do. New month starting with more
miles. Get r done!
We enjoy
your emails so much. Hope you got the new shirts. Did you ever
get the glasses your dad sent you? I know we ask a lot of questions!
We had a great time in
San Antonio with your Dad, Chelle and Myka. I think she finally knows we
are her grandparents and comes to us and gives us hugs. We did the Riverwalk a
couple of times and ate at Landry's and Mexican food. I love the
Riverwalk. We ate a lot, but also walked a lot. Luckily the hotel was
only 1 1/2 blocks from most everything we did. Never got the car
out of the garage after we got there till time to come home.
When I think about it,
all of you grandkids are so special to us. Grandpa and I have been
blessed with good boys of our own and they were blessed with wonderful
families. We are so proud of all of you.
I hope you can
email tomorrow since it is a holiday.
I have enclosed
pictures. One is on the Riverwalk, Grandpa at the Alamo and a market place
we walked through. We had a great time. Now back to work at the house
here. I may send a picture of your Dad and Myka in a separate email from my
IPhone.
