Elder
Feidler,
I
hope you are having a great week. I hope you've found some new
investigators too. Any
of them come out to church today? Our attendance was down to 169.
We
are all doing well here. Zack turned 17 on Friday. He was really tired and
sick feeling so we ordered take-out from Pei Wei and ate at home. He got a
new phone battery cover in white. He also got a Pi t-shirt and McDonald's
gift cards and money. We finally got him a cheesecake on Saturday night.
Zack has also been
working on another physics project. He is supposed to build a bridge out
of toothpicks. His attempt at this looks like it was built by BEAVERS!!!
Earlier
this week when the cold weather hit, he came home in the jeep and it was leaking
coolant everywhere. So Wednesday night I got
to install a new radiator and now it's running again.
It looks like you have
been 20 to 30 degrees cooler than us. Make sure you bundle up and stay
warm!!! Is there anything you need?
Keep working hard and be guided by inspiration. You will find great people to teach. Many are praying for you. We love and miss you. Have a great week! Remember to smile and don't look like this...
Graham:
Happy Birthday Zack! It's been a crazy week here! We had to
drive to Everett
during the week to get our brakes fixed on the car. Then we helped Hope Homes
build some houses for service. Then we helped a less active member move 40 beehives up a hill into a building. That was the scariest part of the week because
we didn't have a bee suit and if we dropped a hive thousands of bees would
sting us.
We spent a lot of time trying to find new investigators this
week but sadly found none. Our weekly numbers by the end of the week were
less than ever before on my mission. We were only able to teach one lesson last
week because everyone else backed out. Thankfully starting today we will have
the car full time! No more biking on scary country roads. :) We did bike to the
library today though.
We are hoping and praying and trying to come up with ideas
to make this next week better.
Love and miss ya'll!
Dad:
A car YAY! Just in time for the super cold winter
stuff. I know you will have more success this week. People need
you! Scary about the bees. Glad you survived.
When is the next transfers? Still 2 or 3 weeks?
I bet it was cold biking to the library today! It is in the
upper 40s here and sunny and windy today.
We love you lots! Send more pics! and tell us more
about the story from your old area with Elder Raburn.

Graham: Job huh
Dad: That would be a cool job. Not too high paying, but it would
help!
We will have to start looking at the classes you want and stuff
when we get closer. You are currently in deferred status. We can
update that to active in February. If we change it to active before then,
you will be counted absent for returning during the Winter semester.
Once you are active in February we will get serious about a job and
class selection. We will get your apartment reserved too.
It will all fall into place so don't worry.
Graham: 2 more weeks left in the transfer. If you come across an Auntie Anne's pretzel kit, I'm really craving one.
Dad: Me too! lol Pretzels fix everything. Now that you have a car, not too sure I would want to be transferred.
