Elder
Feidler,
Happy
November! This week was mine and Chelle's 10 year anniversary on the 5th. Time flies. We went out to eat Italian while Maddie babysat for us.
Saturday
morning Chelle & Myka went to Lake Jackson and went to Sea Center Texas.
Myka loved it! Shark!
I
went to Nana's funeral. It went really well. There was a photo slide show and
you were in many of the pictures. Your mom read your letter and it was
perfect. I'm really proud of you!
That's
your mom speaking and wearing glasses to read.
Uncle
David was pretty funny and that was cool. There were about 90 people
there.
It was good to see
everyone. It was one of the happier funerals I had ever been to.
Everyone knew she had just moved on to the other side. She surely had
family and loved ones there to great her.
Weather is cooler here in
the evenings. It's super nice. I just want to go cruise around in it.
I hope you are having a
great week with great success. We love and miss you. Send more pics!!
Your mom talked to the
apartment BYU-I La Jolla and we just need to send payment to hold your spot.
Do you have a roommate you want ? Or whoever they place you with?
Graham:
Family,
Great to hear the funeral was a happier one. I don't really
know of anybody that'll be at BYU-I when I'll be there so whoever they place me
with would be great. The weather here seems to be getting colder too. Nice and cold!! haha Great for biking.
This past week had it's ups and downs. Sadly we found no new investigators
and the 4 companionships in our district combined were lower actual
numbers then what our area had last week. Elder Eddy who came out with me
and is serving in my district with a new missionary is going home tomorrow. Then the other elders in my district were told by
their ward mission leader that if they didn't baptize a certain family this
week that he would in a creek without permission. The family isn't ready for
baptism.
The older members who usually
give us rides and go to lessons with us leave out of town. But on Friday we
were able to go to a zone conference in Marysville where we watched the Meet
the Mormons movie! It was really good.
Jessica came to church yesterday! And she attended the
cottage meeting at the mission president's home. Besides that we did a lot of
tracting this past week with no real success. Also did a lot of service for a
less active and a non member.
Love and miss ya'll.
Dad: Looks cold! You never know what influence you are actually
having. Keep up the good work. We love you lots!
