Hi
Elder Grandson,
Well, here it is another week and
this is transfer week. Do you know if you go and where you go yet?
Grandpa is taking four of our missionaries over to Golden Corral today for
lunch. Two of them are getting transferred and one of them is from Tonga and you
can't fill him up at a regular restaurant so he is taking them
there. He is 6'6" and weighs 375. One of the members took him
to McDonalds and he ate 6 big macs, 3 fries and 2 large drinks. We call
him the gentle giant and he is a good missionary. When he goes home he has a
scholarship to play football. I can't go because there isn't room in the
truck. Are you sad to be leaving or looking forward to a new area and new
people?
We hope everything is okay
there. We see where you have had record breaking rain and high winds the
last three days. Did you have any trouble at the trailer?
We had a garage sale in Bridge City
at Larry's friend's house on Friday and Saturday. It was a lot of work and
it was hot and humid. We all did pretty well tho. I am having
one here Friday with the left overs. We have had over two inches of rain
here this weekend. Hope it dries out before Friday. We are supposed to get some cooler weather by next weekend and get rid of this hot and muggies.
We are going over to Pearland on
Wednesday as Grandpa has a doctor's appointment at the VA.
Your little sister will be six
months old Thursday. She is really growing. We don't get over there
very often to see everyone. Too busy at home.
We will wait to find out where you
are getting transferred before we send another package. Let everyone know
your new address as soon as you can. I didn't get a letter off this past
week. Sorry...
Congratulations - your coming up
on 6 months. Time has gone fast for us and hope you are enjoying the work
you are doing for the Lord. We pray for you everyday and are so proud of
you. Keep on keeping on. The blessings will pour in.
Lots of Love,
Grandpa & Grandma
Hello Grandma and Grandpa! :)
Another week has passed! So this is my last week in Machias probably. Next week on Tuesday is transfer day so they will tell me Monday if I'm getting transferred and where. The past few days have been rough. I caught another cold and have been stuck in bed. I will never live in a state with so many trees again. I'm ready to move on and try a new area. I will miss everyone here a ton but hopefully I'll have more success in my next one. I can't believe it has almost been 6 months! Time is flying by.
I love and miss y'all tonz,
Elder Graham Feidler
