Dear Elder Grandson,
We really enjoyed seeing you on Christmas. I love the
technology of today so that we can talk to each other so easily. You
looked great. It was so much fun to see how Myka would look at you and
wave. She knew who you were and will know you when she sees you in
person.
We had a very nice, fun Christmas. It was so nice to have the
family home at one time. We missed you but know you are where you are suppose
to be.
The radar shows that the snow is getting pretty close to you. Your
temps are just a bit to high. The only time I want to see snow is
Christmas Eve and that time has passed. I have taken all the Christmas
decorations and can't wait till 12 months to do it again! Laugh!!
Grandpa said to enjoy this email cause you won't hear from us till
next year. Ha, Ha!
Well, things are hopefully going to slow down now. I have
been taking a family search class at church and today I just got into finding
some new stuff and we had to stop. I guess I will go down on Wednesday and
someone can help me put some names in. It has been so long since I have
done this and you wouldn't believe how it has changed. They say it is
easier but it is hard for this old dog to learn new tricks.
I hope things will pick up for you with investigators. We
are praying for you and know you will be guided to those ready to hear the
gospel.
Keep up the good work and don't get discouraged.
