Dad:
Elder
Feidler,
It's
pretty much the start to summer with Memorial Day all ready here. We have
no plans for the day. I'm at my computer this morning and have already
done a quote for some benches and next will prepare some job submittals.
We may go down to the pool today or to the movies or both! We had a
great day at church yesterday. Our new Second counselor in the Bishopric
is David Hunsaker. (Sister Stucki's brother).
Myka
is still growing and screaming for what she wants. She is getting smarter
every day. She can carry two balls!
Here
is what happens when I take a picture on my MINI connected screen while feeding
it video from the iphone. It's like the eternity mirrors in the sealing room at
the temple. lol
This
week Maddie had the Legends of Pop show that her Nolan Ryan Jr High Longhorn
Choir put on in the Manvel
High School auditorium.
She
did an awesome job singing. She got to sing a solo part in the song Time
of my Life.
This
was a great week for me at work. I sold lots of new jobs including 7 new
playgrounds!!! So
now I am busy getting everything ordered. I sure feel blessed to be doing
so well at work. I'm sure we are blessed for supporting you on your
mission. Keep up the great work and remember to have fun! Men are
that they might have joy! And the gospel brings that joy.
It
is supposed to start raining here today or tomorrow and then we will have rain
for a few days. The installers at my work are supposed to start the
installation of my big Texas City
park at the entrance to the Texas City Dike tomorrow. I hope the rain
doesn't delay this too much. But we could use a little rain. How's
the weather been there?
How's
Jim doing? Just keep serving and teaching and showing more love
for the investigators and they will feel the Spirit. Any investigators to
church this week?
We
had our ward crawfish boil on Saturday. It was good! Brother
Livesay did the cooking. I think Grandma ate so much that she got sick
afterwards that night.
Me:
Big guy on a little scooter!
Have
a great week! probably won't hear from you until Tuesday?
Love
Dad
Graham:
Hello
Family! Today I am emailing you from the family history center in our church
building!
These
weeks seem to fly by too fast! This past week we found 3 new investigators. We
also had Jake attend church for all three hours. He keeps coming to church
but he hasn't let us come over to teach him a lesson in a week and a half. Our
bishop asked him to lead a ward crawfish boil so we should have one of those in
a couple of weeks. It's good to hear that work is still going great! Swimming
and the movies both sound like fun things I can't do. haha Congrats to Maddie
on the great peformance and the solo. What are the things she's wearing around
her shoes? Myka is growing up so fast! A lot of the families in the navy have
young children and babies that always try to climb on us. We try to nicely push
them off and tell them we can't be near them.
How
did Zack break the lawn mower?? We still have a lawn mower that my last
companion and another missionary were trying to fix. Next Monday Bishop Keyes
is cleaning my teeth! I can't wait for that. Last night we stopped by a less
active part member family's house and shared a Mormon message and scripture with
them. They enjoyed it so much that we are teaching them again tonight! My
camera is out in the car but I did take some picture so I will run and grab it
after I send this email!
Love
and miss yall,
Elder Graham Feidler
The other Elders left their door open and that cat ran in!
