Dear Elder Grandson,
We are so proud of the work you are doing.
A member emailed your dad with a picture of you and your companion. They
had such wonderful things to say about you. Keep up the good work
and keep smiling. You are such a handsome missionary with a great smile.
We hope your week has been a great one. You already have another baptism
on the 24th! That's great.
I see your weather is slowly warming up. I
bet it won't get that warm up there even in the summer. We have
been having beautiful weather with very little humidity. They say
it is coming this week though. We really need rain. Oops, I guess I shouldn't
say that too loud since that's about all you get up there.
We have had a very stressful week. The man
we hired to do the painting is slow, lazy and messy. He worked two and
a half days and then decided to not come back until Tuesday of this week. His birthday is tomorrow and he had to celebrate all weekend. Come
Tuesday, he will not be working here any longer. I guess Grandpa and I
will have to finish the job. He got almost half done. I wish you were
here to help us, but you have much more important work to do for the Lord.
We are leaving Wednesday for Indiana. Do
you want to go? It's Grandpa's school reunion and he wants me to go
because he is trying to set up a little reunion with family and work on
genealogy or I wouldn't go. Every year they say this is the last year for
the school reunion but it keeps going on. I guess when we get home we
will finish the painting. It will really be hot by then.
I thought I had taken some pictures of the kids
at your house last Thursday when we were over there for a VA appointment but I didn't. Will try to find some good pictures to send another time.
We have decided not to send care packages since
you have a car and can go get stuff. Is it okay if we send a Walmart card
so you can pick things up yourself? What fast food restaurants do you
have there?
All for now. We love you and pray for you
everyday. I hope you are being fed well. Let us know if you need
anything.
Love,
Grandpa & Grandma
Gma
and Gpa,
It's
been another crazy busy week. It got up to 85 here one day last week. Will ya'll
be out of town on Mother's Day? A gift card is fine. We have McDonalds, Wendy's, Arby's, Subway and Taco Bell.
Sorry
I didn't take any pictures this past week.
Love
and miss ya'll
-Elder
Graham Feidler
p.s. It would be fun to go to Indiana again!
