Hello!!!!!
From Dad and Chelle
Chelle is selling the Shelf Reliance
stuff that is now called Thrive Life for Black Friday. Had two parties this week. One that only
the home teachers came to and the other had about 9 people come.
Also
sent pictures of the phone booth. Yesterday I added a pull down desk. And now I
just need to find a stool for it. Then I will have a mini office. I also added
picture frames to the back wall and in them are pictures from my mission and a
map showing areas of where I served. I will wait until after Thanksgiving to
put in the glass in the door so that the house doesn’t smell like silicone.
Tonight we had the missionaries over and I took a picture of them in the booth.
I sent you the pictures.
Myka
is still crawling everywhere and pulling herself up on everything. She is
nowhere near walking though. Tooth #2 is starting to push through.
Thanksgiving
is this week. Grandma and Grandpa will be here. Not sure if Zack and Maddie
will be here because it is your mom’s Thanksgiving this year. The kids are
grateful for the week off of school and I am very grateful for the week off of
seminary taxi.
It
is very cold here. Been rainy and cold. It is 46 degrees as I write this and
will get down to 37 degrees tonight.
Did
you or your companion get transferred??? Did you get Sister missionaries in
your ward??? How is Stephanie’s progress? Still on for the 7th?
Also, we are anxious to hear how it was to see Elder Bednar? I bet that was a
great experience.
We
sent a package. You should get it Tuesday or Wednesday. Sorry for all the
random stuff in it. J On the bright
side, if you time travel back 7 years, the GPS maps will be very accurate. Hope
it helps. G&G sent you a package as well. Is there anything we can send
you??
Keep up the great work! Love you very much.
Dad
Graham:
Jello!
What a busy last few weeks and this week is looking even
more busy! We still have Stephanie who can't wait to be baptized on Dec 7th.
Then her son wants to get baptized soon afterwards. Elder Bednar's visit was
full of the spirit and a great boost to go out and work. He basically did a
question and answer meeting for 3 hours. One of the questions I wanted to ask him
was "Elder Bednar, you're standing in front of God in the judgement seat. If
you could sum up the topics he would judge you on what would they be? Of course
family is one of them but what are the others and which is most important. I
came up with family, God's children (the lost sheep), and personal worthiness.
Sadly I didn't get to ask my question though.
It is so cold here and someone said it's suppose to start to
snow next week! The phone booth looks great! My companion and I are still
together in the same area and we didn't get sisters yet but we got more ward
missionaries and someone from the high council that is looking over the mission
work just in our ward. I can't wait to get the package! I could really use a
beanie! I had one but lost it :(
Love and miss ya'll
