June 21

Dear Family of the Fiddles,
It's a letter from Elder Feidler! This week has been a rainy one! Goodbye sunshine. Today is Thursday morning. Tonight we get to teach Lance another lesson. Hopefully he has had the time to read and pray to receive an answer. Tonight I'm going on an exchange with Elder Green from my MTC group. :-) Also, Elder Woolwine (my companion from the MTC) His family is moving to Houston! Yesterday we said goodbye to President Wilson. He has been an amazing mission president. I'm excited to meet President Bonhom though!

Yesterday we went to Brother Ray Cox to give him a blessing. He is going through breast cancer. It's hard to watch people go through trials, but as missionaries we do it a lot.

Sharon and Alvie (the people we live with) are still doing great. Alvie is able to see better and better everyday. Last night they took us to a restaurant called AZUL in Millcreek Town Center. It was really good Mexican food! Afterward we went to Sharon's house and taught her some of the Plan of Salvation. She agreed with the way we taught it and she told us a story about a book, "Embraced by the Light" by Betty J. Eadie. At one time, Sharon owned a very large bakery in New York. Her next door neighbor was the first host for Good Morning America! She told him about this book and the host decided to interview the author. This book is about a Mormon who had a near death experience. Now the book is a New York best seller.

So something I wish I would of done more of back home is helping around the house. We do so much service out here and it feels great to help people out!

My companion is completely broke! LOL! IDK what to do. He uses and eats all of my stuff and he spends his money on cowboy boots and things he doesn't need! Ugh! LOL! I'm going to be broke.

Anyways, I'm so grateful for my mission and the opportunities I have to share the gospel! I love and miss you guys!

Sincerely,
Elder Feidler
